If you have just logged onto EVERLASTING, you have probably noticed a few changes around here – and there are plenty more to come!
Following on from some excellent feedback from our users over the last few weeks, we are rolling out various updates and improvements to the EVERLASTING website to make it easier and quicker to use.
The first stage that has gone live include some visual improvements to the site, including a new overall design. A big change you will probably notice is that we now have direct links into the support sections for various types of visitors in the footer of every page – which we hope will give you the guidance you need. We are also adding and amending our FAQ section to make the process as clear as possible.
We are also producing a tutorial video, which is in post-production at the moment to help and guide you on the best way to use EVERLASTING.
Site availability
We also have more improvements to the website being finished off and tested this week – which we aim to upload to the site during next weekend, so please be aware that the site will be unavailable for a short spells between 13-14th of January whilst our coding team update the site files.
